About The Estate
The Manor House at Great Marsh Estate was constructed in the 1980’s, as a modern historic replica of a traditional Georgian Manor House. Used as a private residence for years, the transition to a wedding venue in 2018 seemed only natural. The Manor House provides a spacious and picturesque backdrop for your morning hair & makeup in the bridal suite, while your guests will mingle on the 1st level and the groomsmen play pool in our basement groom’s suite.

The Stables reception hall has an extensive history as the original structure was built in the 1800’s. Its wooden beams and rustic architecture were preserved during renovations in 2017, which added on all of the modern conveniences of AC/heat, bathrooms, and a catering kitchen, along with bistro lighting and the patio lounge area. The juxtaposition of the elegant Manor House and more rustic Stables make for an interesting, varied venue experience that your guests will love!
Yet all of that pales in comparison with the natural beauty of the venue. The quiet rolling hills, giant leafy trees, tree-lined driveway, and onsite pond and bridge make it a photographer’s dream location. We can’t wait to show you around!
