Submitting an inquiry or booking an estate walkthrough does not constitute a guaranteed date reservation or contract[cite: 2, 10]. Dates are secured only upon execution of an official Event Reservation Agreement and receipt of the required non-refundable deposit.

2. Mobile Messaging & SMS Service Terms
By opting in to our text messaging program via web form, phone conversation, or written agreement, you agree to the following terms:

Program Description: Grand Events and Great Marsh Estate send conversational, transactional, and customer service text messages to prospective and contracted clients. These messages include tour confirmations, appointment reminders, inquiry responses, event planning updates, and customer support.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and booking status, typically up to 4 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received, as determined by your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to any text message received from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers supported by our messaging platform are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
